We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Operations Director to drive operational improvements across our portfolio companies. This London-based role is central to our value creation strategy, working directly with management teams to implement best practices and accelerate growth.

Drive operational improvements across portfolio companies. Implement best practices in governance, finance, and strategic planning to accelerate value creation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio company management teams, helping them navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational improvement initiatives across multiple portfolio companies
- Work directly with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Implement best practices in governance, finance, and operations
- Identify and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Support M&A integration and carve-out activities
- Develop and track KPIs to measure operational performance
- Build and maintain relationships with operating partners and advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of operational experience in consulting, operating roles, or private equity
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with turnaround or transformation situations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
